Robin Prasad, MD, MS, MBA

Managing Partner

Dr. Robin Prasad is a board-certified radiologist with fellowship training in MRI and Neuroradiology. He has over 17 years of experience as a radiologist and has worked in a variety of clinical environments. In 2010, Dr. Prasad co-founded Lexington Radiology Inc., and as Chairman, helped lead the transformation of a troubled department into the highest rated service line in the hospital.

Dr. Prasad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he placed 2nd in MIT’s mechanical engineering design competition. He completed his medical training and a Master of Science in biomedical engineering at McGill University. His Master’s thesis was the development of a computer simulation of the human respiratory system. He recently earned an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Prasad completed an internship at Tulane University, residency at New York University, and a fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.


Dr. Prasad has a life-long passion for entrepreneurial endeavors. Over the past decade, he has become increasingly involved in real estate investment and early stage business development and investment. He has been a member of BlueTree Allied Angels for nearly a decade. He is also a member of the Pittsburgh Venture Capital Association and a member of the Pittsburgh South Side Chamber of Commerce. These affiliations have allowed him to assess hundreds of early stage companies. His prior experience investing in early stage companies has yielded profitable returns and been highly rewarding. On a personal note, Dr. Prasad enjoys time with his wife of 17 years and their two young children. His main hobby is playing the drums

Tom Deur, MD

Managing Partner

Dr. Tomislav Deur (Tom) is a board-certified radiologist currently working at UPMC Altoona. He has over 17 years of radiology experience working in various clinical settings ranging from urban and rural hospital settings to practicing teleradiology from Australia and Europe.

Dr. Deur attended an accelerated 7 year BA-MD program and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Brooklyn College and a Medical Doctorate degree from the SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn. He was selected into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society as a junior college student and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internal medicine radiology internship at Staten Island University, and his radiology residency and interventional/vascular radiology fellowship at New York University.

Dr. Deur has a passion for entrepreneurship, and he recently received a Small Business Innovation Research Phase 1 (SBIR) grant for the development of a vascular access device for hemodialysis patients. This prestigious grant is awarded through the National Science Foundation to further research on technological innovations that may benefit society. Dr. Deur currently has multiple patent pending applications for vascular devices. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and his hobbies include cycling and traveling.

Paige Creo, MBA

VP of Strategy & Marketing

Paige Creo is the VP of Strategy & Marketing. She has over 9 years of experience specializing in marketing, strategy, and brand management. She has worked in public relations and marketing roles at companies in both the United States and Europe, and she has served as an independent consultant for businesses in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, and finance. She is passionate about helping companies and brands develop, grow, and thrive.


She earned an MBA with honors and concentrations in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, she completed intensive certificates in both Organizational Leadership and Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. These included projects with startup clients and large corporations, as well as courses taken at the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. Paige was a member of the first-place winning team for the 2017 BNY Mellon Brand Marketing Case Competition and a finalist in the 2016 McKinsey Cup Consulting Competition. Additionally, she interned on the Brand Management team for Rachael Ray Nutrish (acquired for $1.9B).


Her Bachelor of Arts with honors is from Washington University in St. Louis. She has dual U.S. and EU citizenship, and in addition to traveling, she enjoys sports, the outdoors, and reading. She serves in a volunteer role as the Social Media Adviser on the Board of Directors for Pittsburgh Young Professionals.

Ben Jacobs, MBA

VP of Business Development

Ben Jacobs is the VP of Business Development. Ben has 18 years of sales and marketing experience from various industry segments, namely oil and gas and process and power. He has worked with both large and small U.S. based companies. His areas of expertise include sales, business development, relationship building, contract negotiations, market share growth, RFP/RFQ response, and competitive analysis.

Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Psychology from Appalachian State University while playing soccer on an athletic scholarship. After gaining valuable work experience in sales and account management, he chose to continue his education by earning his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Gaining a broader understanding of business has allowed him to explore entrepreneurial opportunities in real estate and healthcare venture capital.

Growing up in Pittsburgh, as well as living in different parts of the United States, has given Ben a unique prospective on business, people, and cultures. Ben currently lives in the South Side of Pittsburgh with his wife Jessica and dog Ellie. He enjoys playing soccer, running, and spending time with friends and family.
